Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) involves

• individual, family,  and cultural food preferences
• exercise/activity habits

B. Deciding on a nutrition diagnosis… in other words what are the nutritional challenges that are causing or contributing to the medical diagnosis

C. Creating a plan of action and setting behavioral goals together with the client

D. Monitoring, evaluating, and coaching for change.
